Positive motive and synergy between team caused by the individual enhancement in the emotional intelligence level will help to convert the negative emotions into positive emotions. Negative emotions such as anxiety, anger and depression in sports may enourmously jeopardize the performance. Furthermore, effective utilization of the emotional intelligence will significantly increase the competitive capacity and commitment to the team which makes the athletes more equipped and dedicated compared to their former situation.
